Digital Media Coordinator – Legal Marketing Agency (Remote)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a part time detail-oriented Digital Media Coordinator to support a growing legal marketing agency that helps law firms build their brand through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys campaign execution, data analysis, and ensuring digital advertising programs are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Working alongside Digital Media Strategists, Client Success Managers, and Creative team members, you will help coordinate digital advertising campaigns, maintain reporting accuracy, monitor campaign performance, and support ongoing optimization efforts across multiple advertising platforms. This is a remote opportunity where organization, attention to detail, and strong communication are essential to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with campaign setup, trafficking, and implementation across Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to verify campaign settings, targeting, budgets, tracking, and creative assets before launch.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budget pacing, and delivery, escalating trends or concerns to the Digital Media Strategist.
  • Compile weekly and monthly campaign reports while maintaining reporting dashboards and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Conduct keyword, audience, and competitive research to support campaign optimization initiatives.
  • Coordinate with creative team members to ensure advertising assets are received, meet platform specifications, and launch on schedule.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders by communicating campaign updates, maintaining documentation, and supporting process improvements.

Compensation

Competitive monthly compensation based on experience and role scope.

Monthly compensation ranges from ₱32,000 – ₱50,000, depending on experience and role scope. Final compensation is aligned with the candidate’s experience level.

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills Required

  • Experience coordinating digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Local Services Ads, and YouTube
  • Ability to monitor campaign budgets, pacing, quality assurance, and performance reporting
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
  • Knowledge of keyword research, audience research, campaign tracking, and digital advertising workflows
  • Experience managing campaign documentation and coordinating creative assets
