Dutch Native Two-Person Conversation Recording

About OpenTrain

OpenTrain is the #1 platform for finding and building careers in AI training and data labeling. We hire contributors directly for short-term and part-time audio projects that help teach and improve modern AI systems.

Working with OpenTrain means joining the human side of AI: flexible, remote work that helps shape how speech-enabled systems understand real language.

About This AI Training Project

This project collects natural Dutch conversation audio to train and evaluate speech models. Contributors record short dialogues in realistic scenarios so models learn to understand everyday speech and environment-specific sound conditions.

The Role

You and a second Dutch-native speaker will record five conversations (online). Each conversation lasts 15–18 minutes; the total expected time for the session is about 1.5 hours.

This is an entry-level, contractor, part-time assignment open worldwide. Work must be completed before Monday.

  • Total payment: fixed USD 100 for the completed recording set.
  • Employment type: Contractor, Part-time.
  • Data type: Audio; task type: Audio recording.

What You'll Record

You will create five two-person conversations in Dutch: four conversations set in a street environment and one conversation set in a driving/in-car environment. Each conversation should be natural and last 15–18 minutes.

  • Five conversations total: 4 street, 1 in-car.
  • Each conversation: 15–18 minutes.
  • Complete all recordings before Monday.

Requirements

The project requires native-level Dutch fluency and the ability to participate in two-person conversational recordings. This is an entry-level task; no prior annotation experience is required.

The role is worldwide and flexible (less than 20 hours/week). You must be available to meet the project deadline and deliver all five recordings on time.

  • Must be a native Dutch speaker.
  • Recordings involve two participants (you + one other Dutch speaker).
  • Entry level — no prior experience required.
  • Availability to finish all work before Monday.

How It Works

Apply through OpenTrain to be considered. If selected, you will receive instructions on how to submit the five audio files and any technical guidance needed to complete the recordings.

Payment is a single fixed fee of USD 100 after successful submission of the required audio recordings.

  • Apply on OpenTrain and follow the onboarding instructions.
  • Record five conversations and submit the audio files as instructed.
  • Receive fixed payment of USD 100 after delivery.

Who Should Apply

This is a good fit for native Dutch speakers seeking short, paid, remote work that contributes directly to speech and language AI. It's ideal if you can coordinate a two-person recording and meet a near-term deadline.

  • Native Dutch speakers who can coordinate with a second participant.
  • People seeking short-term, flexible audio work.
