About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Growth Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will focus on strategic initiatives to boost sales, increase visibility, and explore new opportunities. This role is primarily focused on scaling e-commerce sales and achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive E-Commerce Growth:
  • Boost sales on platforms like Lazada and Shopee by improving listings and launching creative campaigns.
  • Explore new ways to sell, such as affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or new platforms.
Create Innovative Promotions:
  • Think outside the box to design exciting, customer-focused promotions that go beyond discounts.
Build Winning Partnerships:
  • Work closely with e-commerce platforms to ensure great visibility for our brands.
  • Find and grow collaborations with influencers, affiliates, and even other brands.
Strategize for Fast Sales:
  • Analyze sales and inventory trends to keep stock moving, especially for new products.
Know the Customer:
  • Use data and customer feedback to understand what shoppers want and shape strategies that deliver.
Lead with Innovation:
  • Test and scale fresh ideas like live selling or creative bundles to stand out in the market.
Own the Role:
  • Take charge of e-commerce growth initiatives, working independently to deliver results.
Qualifications: · Proven experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.

· Strong understanding of online marketing, sales funnels, and digital promotions.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with platform managers.

· Analytical mindset to evaluate performance data and inform decisions.

· Highly organized, results-oriented, and creative problem-solver.

Preferred:

· Experience in the houseware or FMCG industry.

· Familiarity with platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, or Shopify.

· Background in affiliate marketing or influencer-driven sales.

Work Set-Up

· Hybrid Work:

o On-Site: Monday – Wednesday (8AM – 5PM)

o Work from Home Thursday – Saturday (9AM – 6PM)

· Office Location: San Juan City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
