Ecommerce Manager – Shopify & Drop Ship Lifestyle Expert

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to build, launch, and manage multiple Shopify stores using the Drop Ship Lifestyle formula. You will be responsible for the full store lifecycle-from product evaluation and vendor negotiation to marketing, customer service, and team oversight. The ideal candidate combines hands-on Shopify expertise, a deep understanding of dropshipping best practices, and strong business development skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and design multiple professional, attractive, and fully functional Shopify stores in line with Drop Ship Lifestyle specifications.

  • Evaluate and select products based on the Drop Ship Lifestyle formula, ensuring all five criteria are met for each product pipeline.

  • Contact manufacturers and distributors to discuss return policies, delivery times, and other key criteria before finalizing vendor lists.

  • Negotiate and establish relationships with suppliers to secure favorable terms and reliable fulfillment.

  • Develop and implement cost-effective digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email, social, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and maximize conversions.

  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including payments, returns, and customer service issues.

  • Initiate, track, and verify returns, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • Oversee and coordinate support staff as needed to maintain high service standards.

  • Monitor store analytics, conversion rates, and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

  • Stay current with Shopify best practices, dropshipping trends, and e-commerce innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing Shopify stores, preferably with a dropshipping or Drop Ship Lifestyle background.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and launch multiple high-quality Shopify stores from scratch.

  • Strong understanding of product research, evaluation, and supplier negotiation in a dropshipping context.

  • Proficient in digital marketing, including paid ads, SEO, and social media campaigns.

  • Experience managing payments, returns, and customer service for e-commerce businesses.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage and mentor support staff.

  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
