Neato is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Ecommerce Specialist – Vendor Central Expert to join our Philippines team. This role serves as the internal subject matter expert (SME) for Amazon Vendor Central, partnering closely with Senior Brand Managers and the Marketplace Team to execute growth strategies, support operational initiatives, and drive marketplace excellence.

The Ecommerce Specialist – Vendor Central Expert provides deep expertise in Amazon Vendor Central, helping execute strategic initiatives while supporting the Marketplace Team with complex operational challenges, troubleshooting, best practices, and process improvements. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Advertising, Creative, Operations, Finance, and Leadership to ensure brands are positioned for success within Amazon's first-party (1P) ecosystem.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex Amazon retail challenges, leveraging data to drive decisions, improving operational processes, and supporting teams through expert knowledge of Vendor Central.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Amazon Vendor Central, providing guidance and best practices to the Marketplace Team and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Senior Brand Managers to execute strategic initiatives and operational plans for assigned brands.
  • Support the Marketplace Team with complex Vendor Central issues, troubleshooting, and operational escalations.
  • Provide expertise on Vendor Central functionality, retail programs, catalog management, and Amazon policies.
  • Assist with product launches, catalog updates, listing optimization, A+ Content, and Brand Store initiatives by ensuring Vendor Central best practices are followed.
  • Analyze Vendor Central data and retail performance metrics to identify opportunities for sales growth, operational improvements, and risk mitigation.
  • Support inventory-related initiatives by identifying trends in purchase orders, Instock Rate, Fill Rate, shortages, receive issues, and replenishment performance, while partnering with Supply Chain and Marketplace teams on resolution.
  • Manage complex Vendor Central cases and coordinate with Amazon Support when advanced troubleshooting or escalations are required.
  • Assist with Amazon compliance initiatives, Brand Registry coordination, operational troubleshooting, and retail readiness.
  • Create Amazon Attribution links and support campaign measurement initiatives when applicable.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with Creative, Advertising, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Leadership to support business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and progress tracking within Monday.com and other project management tools.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and documentation related to Amazon Vendor Central processes and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies across Vendor Central workflows.
  • Stay current on Amazon Vendor Central updates, new features, retail programs, and marketplace best practices.
  • Represent Neato professionally in all internal and external communications.
