If you qualify for other EDGE Tutor roles, our team may reach out to discuss the best fit for your background.* What you'll receive: - ₱250/hour for delivered classes - ₱125/hour when a scheduled class is cancelled or a student does not attend - Regular student roster - Client-specific training and weekly coaching - HMO coverage Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00–11:00 AM Philippine Time Commitment: 20 hours per week You must have: - Bachelor's degree with original diploma - 120-hour TESOL/TEFL certification - At least two years of experience teaching children online - Familiarity with US Common Core ELA standards an advantage - Strong reading, writing, and communication skills - Clear, confident spoken English - NBI clearance or proof of application - Reliable equipment, wired internet, backup connection, and four-hour power backup Equipment requirements: - Laptop or desktop with Intel i5 8th Gen or higher - Minimum 8GB RAM and CPU score of 3500+ - External 1080p webcam and noise-canceling headset - Wired internet with 25 Mbps plus 15 Mbps backup connection - Power backup capable of running for at least 8 hours A teaching license and experience teaching US elementary students are strongly preferred.
