Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst – Your Remote US Home Office I

<div>The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst will be responsible for managing Penumbra’s EDI system and transactions. It is a critical position to ensure the success of EDI usage and will be the primary point of contact between Penumbra and customers to resolve EDI issues.</div> <div> <strong>Open to hiring remotely within the US. Please note that remote candidates will be expected to work in line with the Pacific time zone and travel to headquarters on a quarterly basis.</strong></div> <div></div> <div> <strong>What You’ll Work On</strong></div> <div>• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI issues and errors in a timely and efficient manner</div> <div>• Act as liaison between our Customer and Field Support Operations (CFSO) team and our IT, Logistics, Finance and Sales teams to resolve EDI issues</div> <div>• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to increase EDI volume, capabilities, and performance</div> <div>• Work directly with customers to facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and issue resolution</div> <div>• Provide technical support and guidance to internal users and trading partners on EDI-related matters</div> <div>• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) including the ability to communicate ideas within the team, resolve differences and fully support the customer</div> <div>• Demonstrate analytical skills and ability to review EDI data and make recommendations about corrective actions to internal and external stakeholders</div> <div>• Maintain and update EDI documentation, standards, and procedures</div> <div>• Stay abreast of the latest EDI trends, technologies, and regulations in the healthcare industry.</div> <div>• Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.</div> <div>• Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.</div> <div>• Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.</div> <div>• Perform other work-related duties as assigned</div> <div></div> <div> <strong>What You Contribute</strong></div> <div>• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience</div> <div>• 4+ years of EDI experience, experience with the GHX platform is highly desirable</div> <div>• Experience in the medical device industry dealing with hospital customers</div> <div>• Leadership experience in EDI function</div> <div>• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills</div> <div>• Deep analytical skills</div> <div>• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail</div> <div>• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint</div> <div>• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously</div> <div>• Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment with confidential and sensitive information</div> <div>• Ability to project manage internal stakeholders</div> <div> <strong>Working Conditions</strong></div> <div>General office environment. Requires some lifting and moving of up to 25 pounds. Must be able to move between buildings and floors. Must be able to remain stationary and use a computer or other standard office equipment, such as a printer or copy machine, for an extensive period of time each day. Must be able to read, prepare emails, and produce documents and spreadsheets. Must be able to move within the office and access file cabinets or supplies, as needed. Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information with employees at all levels on a daily basis.</div> <div> <strong>Annual Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $142,000</strong></div> <div>This is the pay range for a high-cost labor market; if hired in another region, there will be a difference in pay range. We offer a competitive compensation package plus a benefits and equity program, when applicable. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.</div>
