Mission The mission of the Email Marketing & Lifecycle Automation Specialist is to build, manage, and continuously optimize automated email journeys that convert prospects into qualified leads, customers, investors, and long-term brand advocates across SIG, FUS, Spartan Construction Management (SCM), and Passive Income Pilots. This is a hands-on marketing role, not software development or AI engineering. It requires persuasive writing, customer journey strategy, segmentation, behavioral triggers, data analysis, and workflow logic to drive measurable business results. The specialist owns lead-nurture sequences, follow-up workflows, re-engagement programs, onboarding journeys, abandoned-action campaigns, event communications, investor education sequences, customer retention programs, and facility-level lead conversion journeys, building automations with branching logic, conditional content, delays, behavioral triggers, lead scoring, suppression rules, and testing paths tailored to audience behavior, profile, location, lifecycle stage, intent, and engagement. This role will work closely with the Marketing Director, Growth Marketing, Content, Design, Web Development, Investor Relations, Operations, and Business Intelligence to run email as a measurable growth and conversion channel. Outcomes - Within 90 days, complete a full audit of all email platforms, contact data, campaigns, and workflows; document a lifecycle strategy for SIG, FUS, SCM, and Passive Income Pilots; map 100% of priority customer/prospect journeys; launch or materially improve 10 priority automations; and build a library of approved templates, workflow components, and QA standards. - After the first 90 days, sustain a pace of 10+ new or significantly optimized automated journeys per month, supported by 8+ documented email experiments per month whose findings get applied to future campaigns. - Ensure 100% of high-intent digital leads receive an automated response within 5 minutes of a form, reservation start, or registration, and route 90%+ of leads needing personal outreach to the right team within the agreed window. - Grow email-attributed qualified lead volume 20–30% YoY and improve nurtured-lead-to-next-stage conversion 15%+ within 12 months. - Improve priority nurture program conversion 10–20% within 6 months, recover 5–10% of abandoned reservations/forms/applications, and re-engage 8–12% of eligible inactive contacts while maintaining consent standards. - Increase email-generated reservations, rentals, investor inquiries, meetings, and registrations 20%+ YoY, with a demonstrated measurable contribution to those outcomes within 6 months. - Maintain list and deliverability health: ≥98% delivery rate,
