Allay English is growing, and we’re currently looking for Junior English Mentors urgently , as well as additional Adult English Mentors to join our team.

We are a Korea-based online English education brand focused on discussion-based learning — helping students not only speak English, but also think, express their opinions, and communicate with confidence.

🌟 Junior English Mentor — Urgent Hiring

We’re especially looking for mentors who are:

  • Bright, energetic, and naturally engaging with children
  • Clear and natural English speakers with strong pronunciation and communication skills
  • Able to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere while keeping conversations active
  • Able to adjust questions and explanations to each student’s level
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsive
Previous teaching experience is preferred , especially experience with children, 1:1 English lessons, or international school students.

International school teachers and candidates with international-school teaching experience are especially welcome to apply.

💼 Adult English Mentor

We’re also looking for mentors who can lead thoughtful and engaging 1:1 discussions with adult learners.

We especially welcome candidates with:

  • Previous English teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience
• Professional experience at a global or multinational company
  • Strong communication and discussion skills
  • Knowledge or interest in business, economics, international affairs, and current events
  • Experience communicating in an international business environment
Professionals currently working at global or multinational companies, as well as candidates with strong business experience, are especially welcome.

Adult lessons may cover The Economist, CNN, global business, economics, international affairs, current events, and business communication.

⏰ Schedule

This is a remote, part-time/freelance position .

Availability during Korean afternoon/evening hours and weekends (KST) is especially preferred.

As our student base continues to grow, mentors who are a good fit with our students may receive regular student assignments and additional lesson opportunities.
