(Entry Level) Technical Support Specialist

We’re hiring a Technical Support Specialist to support a fast-growing SaaS platform used by Shopify and eCommerce businesses worldwide.

You’ll help customers troubleshoot issues, guide them through the platform, and ensure they get the most out of the product.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) is a MUST
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a MUST
  • Experience in customer support or technical support
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable working with technical tools and systems
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Nice to Have (Not Required)
  • Experience with Shopify or eCommerce platforms
  • Experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing tools
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and ticketing systems (Zendesk)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to development teams when needed
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve product-related concerns
  • Continuously learn about the platform and improve product knowledge
  • Provide clear, helpful, and professional responses to customers

Work Setup

  • Full-time, remote (work from home)
  • 5 days per week, 8 hours per shift
  • Shifting schedule (24/7 support coverage)
