Entry-Level Virtual Assistant | Document Prep & Admin Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented, entry-level Virtual Assistant to support administrative operations and document preparation workflows.

We are a fast-paced, process-driven U.S.-based payment processing company, and this role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, highly organized, and comfortable performing structured, repeatable tasks with accuracy.

Full-Time

Monday to Friday

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

Key Responsibilities

*Document Preparation & Organization

*Prepare and organize application packages and supporting documentation

*Maintain structured digital folders using consistent naming conventions

*Ensure all files are complete, accurate, and properly formatted

Administrative Support

*Perform structured data entry tasks with high accuracy

*Follow standardized workflows and checklists

*Assist with pre-review and document validation processes

*Maintain organized digital records

Software Usage

*Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook confidently

*Work with PDF files and document tools (Adobe preferred)

Required Qualifications

*Fluent in English (written and spoken)

*Strong attention to detail

*Highly organized and dependable

*Fast and reliable internet connection

*Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
