Sangson International is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Online English Teachers to join our growing team. This opportunity is open to college students, working professionals, part-time applicants, and individuals who want to begin their online teaching journey.

Previous teaching experience is welcome but not required. We are looking for applicants who can communicate confidently in English, work responsibly, and create a friendly and encouraging learning environment for young students.

Key Responsibilities

As an Online English Teacher, you will:
  • Conduct engaging online English lessons for Chinese primary school students.
  • Help students improve their speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, listening, and general communication skills.
  • Explain lessons clearly and adjust your teaching style according to each student’s year and English level.
  • Encourage students to participate actively and speak confidently during class.
  • Maintain a patient, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Attend scheduled classes punctually and complete assigned teaching responsibilities.
  • Communicate professionally with the academic or support team when needed.

Qualifications

Applicants must:
  • Have good English communication skills.
  • Have clear, neutral, and understandable English pronunciation.
  • Be confident speaking and interacting with young learners.
  • Be patient, friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Be able to follow lesson instructions and teaching guidelines.
  • Have a reliable computer or laptop, a working headset, and a stable internet connection.
  • Have a quiet and appropriate space for conducting online classes.
Teaching experience, education-related studies, and English-teaching certificates are advantages, but they are not required.
