About Moonlight

Moonlight is a boutique global staffing agency that places elite Executive Partners with US-based founders and CEOs. We don't do admin support; we build long-term, high-trust partnerships between exceptional operators and the executives who need them most. Our Executive Partners aren't assistants. They're captains in their own right, trusted to think ahead, own outcomes, and grow alongside the leaders they support.

The Role

As an Executive Partner, you'll be the strategic right hand to a US-based founder or CEO — anticipating needs before they're voiced, protecting their time like it's your own, and becoming the person they can't imagine running their business without. This isn't a task-execution role. It's a seat at the table.

What You'll Own
  • Strategic calendar and inbox management, triaging what matters, filtering out what doesn't
  • Executive-ready research, reports, and presentations that drive real decisions
  • Cross-functional coordination across the exec's business and personal priorities
  • Travel, logistics, and meeting coordination with zero dropped balls
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact on the exec's behalf
  • Proactively spotting opportunities to make the exec's life and business run better
  • 3+ years supporting a founder/CEO or C-suite exec — ideally with progression from assistant into a chief-of-staff or Executive Partner–level role
  • End-to-end ownership, not single-task support — you've run inbox, calendar, CRM, and client comms as whole workflows, not waited for instructions
  • A named system, not just good instincts — a repeatable framework for inbox triage, calendar management, and prioritizing strategic vs. operational vs. urgent
  • Voice-matching ability — you can study how an exec writes and draft on their behalf convincingly
  • External representation experience — you've stood in for an exec on client calls, meetings, or board settings, not just scheduled them
  • Tool fluency that goes deep — CRM and task management platforms (Asana, Monday, ClickUp) you've configured, not just used
  • A real story of composure under pressure — a time something slipped, how you owned it, and what changed after
  • Evidence of moving up the value chain — building a tool, catching an issue early, proposing a project unprompted
  • A quantifiable track record — specific outcomes tied to your own contribution, not team results
  • Probationary period (first 3 months): $900 USD/month (approx. ₱54,000 PHP)
  • Post-probationary: $1,100 USD/month (approx. ₱66,000 PHP)
  • Paid time off on all observed US Holidays
  • Health Benefit of up to $600 USD annually, active from month six

Why Moonlight
  • Global talent, global standards. We source Executive Partners worldwide — this isn't a single-market pipeline, it's a global bench of top-tier talent.
  • Real partnership, not gig work. You're matched long-term with one executive, not rotated across accounts.
  • Built-in growth path. Clear pay progression after probation, health coverage, and a team that invests in where you're headed next — not just what you can do today.
  • Boutique means personal. Small, high-touch team. You're never a ticket number.
