About Amazon's Delivery Station Customer Service Team Our Delivery Station Customer Service team plays a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for investigating customer orders, contacting customers directly to confirm delivery details, and acting as an interface between our customers and Delivery Service Partners.
