EyeLit MES & Equipment Integration Specialist

We are looking for an experienced EyeLit MES & Equipment Integration Specialist to support a 1-year manufacturing automation project in the Philippines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions integrated with factory equipment and automation systems. This role will focus on improving production efficiency, reducing manual processes, enabling seamless equipment-to-MES communication, and supporting highly automated manufacturing operations.

We are open to both Full-Time Employees (FTEs) and Subcontractor/Contractor candidates, with immediate joiners strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable EyeLit MES solutions for factory automation and equipment integration.
  • Develop MES architecture supporting multi-tool and multi-equipment integration while minimizing manual intervention.
  • Integrate EyeLit MES with equipment interfaces, PROMIS MES, and Advanced Process Control (APC) systems.
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows to reduce manual touchpoints in lot-processing activities, from cassette placement through lot completion.
  • Develop automation strategies to improve production throughput, equipment utilization, and person-to-machine ratio.
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Prepare functional and technical design specifications for MES and equipment integration solutions.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, process engineering, equipment engineering, automation, IT, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production rollout.
  • Troubleshoot MES, equipment interface, and integration issues and coordinate resolution with relevant technical teams.
  • Ensure solutions comply with applicable manufacturing, quality, security, and industry standards.
  • Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-deployment support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in MES, manufacturing automation, equipment integration, or a related technical environment.
  • Hands-on experience with EyeLit MES is highly preferred.
  • Experience with PROMIS MES or similar MES platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience integrating MES with factory equipment, automation systems, equipment interfaces, or APC systems.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, lot processing, equipment communication, and production workflows.
  • Experience in MES implementation, system integration, testing, UAT, and deployment.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and technical teams.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
