Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of factory or manufacturing work experience is required.
Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Others or a related field.
Experience operating production equipment or working on assembly lines is an advantage.
Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, and weekends when required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a production team.
Good work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor production line equipment and industrial machinery according to company procedures.
Assemble product components manually or using hand tools while ensuring quality standards are met.
Label, inspect, package, and prepare finished products for storage and shipment.
Perform routine quality checks to identify defects and ensure products meet production specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, production lines, and equipment.
Report machine malfunctions, production issues, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Follow workplace safety regulations and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Meet daily production targets while maintaining efficiency and product quality.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished goods as needed.
Perform other production and warehouse-related duties assigned by supervisors.
