Ever Ohms Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking dedicated Factory Workers to support the production of chip resistors, capacitors, and other electronic components in Taiwan. The successful candidates will operate production equipment, inspect products, and maintain high manufacturing standards while working in a clean and quality-controlled environment.
Factory Worker / Operator
Qualifications:
Male applicants only.
35 years old or below.
Minimum height of 160 cm.
At least a 2-year Vocational Diploma or higher.
Experience in factory work is required; PCB or microchip manufacturing experience is preferred.
First-time overseas applicants only.
Must not have clammy or sweaty hands, as the role involves handling sensitive electronic components.
Must have normal vision.
Must know how to ride a bicycle.
Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment.
Able to follow work instructions and maintain high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Operate production machines used in the manufacturing of chip resistors, capacitors, and electronic components.
Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality and productivity standards.
Load raw materials and unload finished products from production equipment.
Perform visual inspections and quality checks to identify defects or irregularities.
Handle small electronic components with precision while maintaining product integrity.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area in accordance with factory standards.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality control guidelines, and workplace safety regulations.
Record production data and report machine issues or product defects to supervisors.
Assist with machine setup, material handling, packaging, labeling, and storage of finished products.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with cleanroom or controlled-environment procedures when required.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Perform other manufacturing and production duties assigned by supervisors.
