Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or a similar field.
Female applicants are preferred for this position.
Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to assess and monitor patients accurately.
Knowledge of medication administration, injections, IV therapy, and basic nursing procedures.
Good patient-care and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, responsible, and professional.
Able to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Able to follow doctors' orders, nursing care plans, workplace policies, and clinical procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
Physically and mentally capable of performing nursing duties in a home healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, professional, and patient-centered nursing care.
Assess, monitor, and record patients' health conditions, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
Administer medications, injections, and intravenous (IV) therapies as prescribed and within the scope of nursing practice.
Monitor patients' responses to medications, treatments, and other interventions.
Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Prepare patients for medical examinations and procedures.
Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing interventions as required.
Assist patients with activities of daily living when necessary.
Observe patients for changes in health condition and promptly report significant findings to physicians or supervisors.
Develop and implement nursing care plans according to patients' individual needs and physician instructions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and nursing documentation.
Educate patients and family members regarding medications, treatment plans, hygiene, health management, and follow-up care.
Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
Follow infection prevention, hygiene, patient safety, and healthcare quality standards.
Maintain proper handling, storage, and documentation of medications and medical supplies.
Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of patient care.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established emergency procedures.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare policies and procedures.
Perform other nursing and patient-care duties as assigned by the employer.
