Female Voiceover Artist – 10 Short B2B Software Promo Scripts (~500 Words Total)

Project Overview

We are looking for a female voiceover artist to record 10 short, punchy marketing scripts for our software platform built for modern doulas and birth agencies.

The tone needs to be warm, confident, professional, and peer-to-peer—like an experienced business owner sharing an elite tool with a trusted colleague. We want to completely avoid a stiff, overly corporate "infomercial" or announcer vibe.

Scope of Work

Total Scripts: 10 micro-promos.

Total Word Count: Around 400–500 words combined across all 10 scripts (each individual script is only about 35–50 words long).

Deliverables: 10 separate, clearly labeled high-quality audio files (WAV format preferred).

Post-Processing: Audio must be delivered clean, mastered, and edited (breaths removed, leveled, and free of room echo or background hiss) so they can be dropped straight into a video editor's timeline.

Budget & Timeline

Budget: $60 fixed price for the entire batch of 10 micro-scripts.

Usage: Web and organic social media use.

Timeline: Final files delivered within 48 hours of contract start.

Requirements

High-quality studio microphone and proper acoustic environment (no background noise or echo).

Ability to deliver a natural, conversational, yet authoritative B2B delivery.

Quick turnaround time.
