<p><strong>Financial Administrator – Tax & Accounting Department (ENTRY-LEVEL)</strong><span> </span></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a productive and keen to detail Administration and Customer Service Specialist (Tax and Accounting department) to join our team and become a valuable member of the company.<span> </span></p><p><br></p><p>We are in a remote setup, but <strong>candidates must live in or around Metro Manila, Philippines only.</strong><span> </span></p><p><br></p><p>Interested applicants may submit your resume in <strong>hr@bcadmin.com.au.</strong><span> </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><span> </span></p><ul><li>Analyse transactions and obtain relevant information and documents internally, from the client and from partners.<span> </span></li><li>Preparing entries using accounting software<span> </span></li><li>Preparation of Financial Statements<span> </span></li><li>Obtaining investment statements and manually recording them (if OCR or automated feed is not available)<span> </span></li><li>Sending of financial statements for signature via DocuSign and email<span> </span></li><li>Preparation of Excel Sheet for the payment of Tax<span> </span></li><li>Payment, monitoring and preparation of ASIC Fees and Resolutions for signature<span> </span></li><li>Preparation of forms and processing change of address for clients.<span> </span></li><li>Member Removal and Addition<span> </span></li><li>Preparation of documents required for audit and lodgment.<span> </span></li><li>Preparation of documents for company closure<span> </span></li><li>Liaising with solicitor and lender to obtain newly purchased property documents.<span> </span></li><li>Calculate the borrowing costs and amortization on Borrowing Costs using the calculator.<span> </span></li><li>Calculation of the property settlement and deposit (includes identification of costs included in borrowing costs and reconciliation of the monies transferred from one party to another)<span> </span></li><li>Preparation of all third-party authority forms<span> </span></li><li>Assisting clients and brokers in refinance docs<span> </span></li><li>Processing member death and pension (Transition to Retirement)<span> </span></li><li>Recording of all investments from wrap accounts and unlisted managed funds<span> </span></li><li>Recording of Depreciation Schedule for funds with property<span> </span></li><li>Recording of market value for all investments<span> </span></li><li>Recording of all offset/loan accounts<span> </span></li><li>Providing excellent client support through emails (and calls if necessary)<span> </span></li><li>All other administrative tasks<span> </span></li><li>AD HOC TASKS<span> </span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><span> </span></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.<span> </span></li><li>Fresh graduates<span> </span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><span> </span></p><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<span> </span></li><li>Strong customer service orientation and assertiveness and confidence.<span> </span></li><li>Excellent reading and comprehension skills.<span> </span></li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<span> </span></li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational Skills.<span> </span></li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<span> </span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong><span> </span></p><ul><li>25 days Leave Credits<span> </span></li><li>Medical Healthcare<span> </span></li><li>Electricity and Internet Incentive<span> </span></li><li>Remote or WFH<span> </span></li></ul>
