Cabin Crew - Full Time Job Details Location: Cebu Employment Type: Full Time Posted On: Today Application Deadline: November 7, 2025 Job Requisition ID: JR0032625 Job Description The Cabin Crew member is responsible for the execution of duties related to the safety of the aircraft and its guests. This role ensures cabin safety under the authority of the Pilot in Command (PIC), encompassing passenger safety and the security of cabin load and galleys. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining a thorough understanding of Cabin Crew emergency drills and procedures as outlined in the Safety Emergency Procedures (SEP) Manual, and implementing these procedures during emergencies. Reporting any incident that has endangered or could have endangered the safety of operations to the PIC. Upholding high standards of public conduct in circumstances where the individual may be recognized as Company crew. Acting as a liaison between guests and flight crew to provide optimal comfort and services to customers. Adhering to all foreign customs, immigration, and health regulations, and refraining from carrying unauthorized items on Company aircraft. Ensuring all galley equipment, catering supplies, dry stores, and loose equipment are properly and securely stowed, and conducting pre-flight routine inspections of the aircraft and its equipment as prescribed. Briefing passengers thoroughly as per the Operations Manual and Safety Emergency Procedures (SEP) Manual, and verifying the presence of all required Ship's papers before departure. Meticulously executing appropriate emergency procedures during emergency situations as defined in the Operations Manual and Cabin Crew Policy Manual. Completing all required reports and records for the Company or relevant authorities. Documenting cabin defects in the Cabin Defects Log as appropriate. Taking all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of galley equipment, bar boxes, catering stores, dry stores, and aircraft loose equipment. Completing any required customs, immigration, and health formalities. Role-Related Responsibilities: Enhancing the brand image and promoting customer advocacy. Embodying the Company's culture and desired behaviors. Pursuing adequate self-development and completing necessary training to fulfill accountabilities. Adhering to working procedures and ensuring Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance. Supporting Company safety programs. Reporting safety hazards and participating in relevant Safety Services Department trainings. Maintaining the Company's standards as an Allstar.
