KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

  • Customer happiness
  • Fast and exact transaction
  • Accurate reporting
  • Accurate inventory
  • Keep equipment in good working condition
DUTIES:
  • Handles cash transactions with customers using cash registers
  • Collect customer payments
  • Issue official receipts, refunds, and the like
  • Resolves customer complaints, guides them and provide relevant information
  • Prepares report at the end of the day (if asked by supervisor)
  • Greet customers who enter or leave establishments
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
  • Bag, box, or wrap products
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages in accordance with standard recipes
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all drinks served
  • Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Reheat food items while maintaining quality and safety
  • Upsell products by recommending bestsellers and ongoing promotions
  • Pack items accurately and neatly, ensuring presentation and safety of products
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, accurately, and with care
  • Ensure proper handling and presentation of products when serving
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
