Freelance Designer (Remote, PH based only)

Job Description

We are looking for a Freelance Designer to work with us in a remote setup for our [REDACTED]-based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

About the OTA client

A growing interdisciplinary healthcare group headquartered in Teltow, Brandenburg, operating physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy practices across Berlin/Brandenburg, Hamburg, Stuttgart, and the Rhine-Ruhr region. With around 160 employees, we serve both private patients and residents in senior care facilities. We are in an active expansion phase, opening new practice locations and recruiting qualified therapists across Germany.

Project Overview & Goals

We are looking for a freelance graphic designer to create high-quality visual creatives for paid Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns aimed at recruiting qualified therapists to join our team.

Target audience: physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists across Germany.

The goal is to produce scroll-stopping, on-brand visuals that drive measurable engagement and applications within Meta ad placements.

Brand & Style Guidelines

Exact brand guidelines will be shared upon project start. Key principles:

  • Tone: Professional, warm, trustworthy — healthcare context
  • Colors: Aligned with company brand palette (to be shared)
  • Typography: Clean, readable sans-serif fonts
  • Imagery: High-quality, authentic; prefer real therapy environments over stock clichés
  • Language: German (all copy provided by us)

Tools

The designer is free to use their preferred design tool (Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, Photoshop/Illustrator, etc.). Final files must be exportable to standard Meta-ready formats.

Candidate Requirements

Must Have

  • Proven experience designing social media ads (Meta/Instagram preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, conversion-focused design
  • Proficiency in a professional design tool
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and respond within 1 business day
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or HR/recruiting campaigns
  • Basic motion design skills (animated ads, GIFs)
  • Understanding of Meta ad specifications and best practices
