Job Description

As a Chat Support Associate, you will assist customers through online chat by answering inquiries, providing information, and resolving concerns through written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat support
  • Provide accurate information and timely assistance
  • Handle customer concerns professionally
  • Document chats and account updates accurately
  • Escalate concerns when needed
  • Maintain good quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
