Relationship Building: Quickly establishing rapport with prospects to understand their needs.

Strategic Selling: Mastering the art of upselling and cross-selling to maximize every interaction.

Data Integrity: Maintaining a clean CRM to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

First 30 Days: Complete our intensive sales training, master the product scripts, and begin hitting your daily call volume targets.

Day 90 and Beyond: Consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion targets What We’re Looking For

Proven Sales Experience: Experience in BPO/Call Center environments preferably supporting U.S. campaigns within industries such as Telecom, E-commerce, SaaS, or similar high-volume sales environments.

Objection Handlers: You don't see a "no" as a dead end, but as a challenge to find a better solution.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRMs and multiple tools while maintaining a high-energy conversation.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal English skills with the ability to adapt naturally to various personas.

Technical Readiness (BYOD): You have a reliable home office setup featuring a computer with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent), 8GB of RAM, and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
