Fully Remote Sales Support (Promotional Product Industry)

The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Sales Support (Promotional Product) will handle all aspects of the order entry and order management operation to ensure that client orders and production schedules are aligned to meet delivery dates and to provide an exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers by taking ownership of customer inquiries. This involves setting up the necessary files for order processing, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow, and completing client orders with a focus on a balance of speed and accuracy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Manage the full order lifecycle after handoff from sales, including sourcing, pricing validation, quote preparation, and supplier communication.

  • Set up and maintain orders in the company system, including repeat orders, tagging, approval routing, and exception flagging.
  • Coordinate samples, product selection logistics, ship dates, and production timelines.

  • Administer client approval workflow for proofs and order release, including acknowledgement checks and tracking updates.
  • Monitor inventory positions and coordinate repeat-order execution when programs require replenishment.

  • Maintain accurate CRM and order notes related to in-hands dates, shipment status, and client order details.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Presentation creation
    • Product sourcing
    • Supplier coordination
    • Production support
    • and other sales support functions.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of direct experience within the promotional products, apparel, or branded merchandise distribution industry.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.

    Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.

  • Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
  • Direct experience in the promotional industry

  • Various promotional industry-specific software (i.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore)
  • While Commonsku is highly preferred, it is not an absolute must!
