Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager (Part-Time | Long-Term)

We're looking for an experienced Paid Ads Manager to take ownership of our Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.

You'll be working with established ad accounts that already contain valuable historical data. Your role is to analyse what's working, identify opportunities, optimise performance, and scale campaigns that generate qualified tax lodgment conversions.

This is a strategy and optimisation role. You won't be creating ad creatives yourself, but you'll collaborate closely with our Video Designer by providing clear creative briefs and campaign direction.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, and Performance Max)
  • Managing Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Reviewing historical account performance to identify quick wins and long-term opportunities
  • Building campaign strategies focused on generating qualified conversions
  • Creating audience targeting and remarketing strategies
  • Writing clear creative briefs for video and image ads
  • Collaborating with our Video Designer to produce high-performing ad creatives
  • Running A/B tests on headlines, copy, audiences, offers, and landing page messaging
  • Managing monthly advertising budgets exceeding AUD $10,000
  • Monitoring campaign performance and making ongoing optimisation decisions
  • Producing weekly reports covering key performance metrics and actionable insights
  • Scaling campaign activity during the Australian tax season (July to October)

What We're Looking For

You should have:
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused digital marketing
  • Experience optimising campaigns based on real performance data
  • Confidence managing advertising budgets of AUD $10,000+ per month
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Experience improving CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic recommendations
