We are a DTC company selling wellness supplements, hair tools, home products, and power tools in the US. We are hiring a media buyer to run Google and Facebook ads for our brands. You will start with our smaller products. As you show results, you will take on bigger products with bigger budgets, and your pay grows with them. Role Summary
You will manage Google Ads and Facebook (Meta) ads for the brands under Orca Brands: SRI Labs, SRI Wellness, SRI Home, and Cyber Power Tools. Day to day, you will build and structure campaigns, launch ads at high volume, run tests, adjust bids and budgets, work with the creative team on new ads, create ad copies that convert, and keep trackers up to date. The goal for this role is growth.

Campaign strategy and ownership
Own end-to-end strategy and execution for assigned products across both Google Ads and Meta, aligned to ROAS and net profit targets
Allocate budget between platforms, campaign types, and products based on incremental performance, not last-click convenience
Take complete ownership of assigned products, scaling from smaller SKUs toward max-spend products as performance is proven
Manage campaign budgets to protect ROI, and flag pacing or efficiency risks before they become problems Google Ads
Set up, launch, and manage Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns
Structure and scale non-branded (cold, top-of-funnel) campaigns Conduct in-depth keyword research and maintain negative keyword strategies to cut waste
Write and test headlines and descriptions; manage ad extensions, assets, and asset groups Facebook Ads
Set up, launch, and manage campaigns on Meta
Manage and evaluate campaign structure: CBO and ABO, testing versus scaling separation, audience and placement strategy
Upload ads at high daily volume across accounts, correctly named, structured, and tracked
Manage catalog and dynamic product ads, plus partnership/whitelisted ads setup Creative and reporting
Run structured tests on ads, campaign types, objectives, audiences, and placements
Write ads that convert, and be able to explain why a winning ad won
Work with the creative and ecom teams on assets, offers, and launches
Keep the spend sheet and your trackers accurate and up to date
Watch CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and MER daily, and act on what you see
Tell the Dev team when tracking looks broken, and follow it through until it is fixed What success looks like
Success in this role is simple: grow profitably for our products/brands. Keep our accounts efficient while spending more. You launch ads consistently, keep your numbers clean and up to date, and bring ideas. Who you are
At least 2 years hands-on experience managing both Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads, with results you can show us
Experience running paid media for DTC ecommerce where you were accountable for revenue
You know Google Ads campaign types, bidding strategies, extensions, and targeting well
You understand Meta campaign structure, bidding, audiences, and the learning phase
You can write ad copy that converts
You are comfortable reading data and making decisions from it
You are comfortable in spreadsheets, formulas, and trackers
You know the basics of landing page optimization
You are hungry. You want to grow, and you move without being pushed.
You can manage yourself. You can run an account on your own and bring ideas to improve it, instead of waiting for instructions.
You show your thinking. We need to be able to trust how you reach a decision, which means explaining your reasoning and telling us when something is not working before we find out ourselves.
You work well on your own and with a team
Strong English, written and spoken
