GRAPHICS DESIGNER / REMOTE-WORK FROM HOME

Job Description

Conscientia Health is a fast-growing, mission-driven team revolutionizing mental health through compassion, innovation, and digital solutions. We need a Graphic Designer who turns complex medical and scientific ideas into simple, engaging visual designs. You will support marketing, patient education, and internal teams by creating clear and attractive graphics.

This is a remote position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create digital and print media, including social media posts, website graphics, brochures, infographics, and presentations.
  • Turn difficult health concepts and data into easy-to-understand charts, diagrams, and illustrations.
  • Follow and protect the company’s brand identity across all visual projects.
  • Partner with content writers, marketers, and medical experts to plan effective design campaigns.
  • Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience (healthcare or corporate marketing background is a big plus).
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Excellent grasp of layout, colour theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Good teamwork skills to share ideas and take feedback from non-designers.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare IT compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
