Green Belt Process Excellence (BPO remote)

Job description:

Process Excellence Green Belt The Process Excellence Green Belt is responsible for supporting and executing structured, data-driven improvement initiatives across business processes. Working within a defined Process Excellence framework, this role ensures disciplined execution, accurate analysis, and effective implementation support.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that requires strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and the ability to operate within structured methodologies. The role contributes to end-to-end delivery by supporting implementation, adoption, and tracking of improvements to ensure sustainable results.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Support and Coordination

  • Support Black Belts in executing process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation
  • Participate in working sessions and capture notes, action items, and follow-ups
2. Data Collection and Validation
  • Gather data from systems, reports, and stakeholders
  • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Prepare datasets for analysis and reporting
3. Process Documentation
  • Document current-state workflows and process steps
  • Capture inputs, outputs, dependencies, and handoffs across processes
  • Maintain clear, structured, and audit-ready documentation
4. Process Analysis and Solution Support
  • Assist in identifying trends, inefficiencies, delays, and rework drivers
  • Support root cause analysis using structured methodologies and Lean Six Sigma tools
  • Prepare charts, summaries, and insights for stakeholder review
5. Solution Development Support
  • Assist in developing and documenting improvement solutions
  • Ensure solutions consider process, people, technology, data, and governance impacts
  • Support preparation of implementation plans, materials, and communications
6. Implementation Tracking and Support
  • Track progress of implementation activities against defined plans
  • Monitor key performance metrics during early rollout phases
  • Highlight risks, issues, or deviations and escalate as needed
7. Documentation and Standardization
  • Use standard templates and follow defined methodologies for all deliverables
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and complete project records
  • Ensure outputs meet defined quality, governance, and audit standards

QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt preferred or relevant experience in process improvement
  • 2–3 years of experience in operations, analytics, process improvement, or related fields
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Minitab, or similar platforms is an advantage
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
