Growth & Operations Partner (Launch Phase)

About Uphotic

Uphotic is a leadership development and organisational performance consultancy that

combines executive coaching, leadership assessments and AI-powered technology to

help leaders, teams and organisations create sustainable performance.

Over the past 12 months I have built the core foundations of the business, including:

* A redesigned leadership-focused website (ready for launch)

* Leadership Lens™ leadership assessment platform

* Momentum™ leadership acceleration programme (launching shortly)

* AI-powered Content Studio for marketing and client assets

* AI-powered Presentation Studio

* Workshop and coaching delivery platform

The business is now moving from the build phase into commercial launch and growth.

What I’m Looking For

I’m looking for someone who can become a trusted Growth & Operations Partner during

this next stage.

This isn’t a traditional administrative assistant role.

The majority of content creation is already supported by AI. Instead, I’m looking for

someone who can help refine, coordinate, organise and keep momentum moving across

the business.

Initially this would be a flexible part-time engagement, with the opportunity to grow into

a longer-term partnership if it’s a good fit for both of us.

Areas of Support

Marketing & Launch

* Review and refine AI-generated marketing assets

* Improve messaging and calls to action

* Review brochures, flyers and landing pages

* Assist with product launches

* Help maintain brand consistency

* Coordinate marketing activities

Website & Content

* Update website content

* Coordinate improvements

* Upload new content

* Assist with SEO basics

* Review user experience

* Ensure consistency across platforms

Business Development & Outreach

* Research prospective clients and organisations

* Maintain prospect lists and CRM

* Prepare outreach campaigns

* Coordinate follow-ups

* Track opportunities and next actions

Workshop & Client Support

Support before, during and after workshops by assisting with:

* Workshop preparation

* Resource coordination

* Participant administration

* Presentation setup

* Session support

* Follow-up communications

* Action tracking

Project Coordination

Help keep multiple initiatives moving by:

* Tracking priorities

* Following up actions

* Maintaining task lists

* Coordinating timelines

* Keeping projects organised

Continuous Improvement

As the AI platform evolves, capture ideas for improvement and help identify

opportunities to refine workflows, content and client experience.

Ideal Skills

I’m looking for someone who enjoys both marketing and operations and is comfortable

working across a variety of activities.

Ideally you have experience with:

* Marketing coordination

* Content editing and refinement

* Website content management

* Project coordination

* CRM management

* LinkedIn and digital marketing

* Workshop or event coordination

* Business administration

* AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms

* Strong written English

* Excellent organisational skills

* High attention to detail

Experience with professional services, consulting, leadership development or coaching

businesses would be an advantage but isn’t essential.

What Success Looks Like

Success isn’t measured by hours worked—it’s measured by outcomes.

Within the first few months I’d like to:

* Successfully launch Momentum™

* Publish and refine the new website

* Establish consistent marketing activity

* Support corporate outreach

* Deliver professional client experiences

* Keep projects progressing without constant oversight

* Free up more of my time to focus on coaching, client relationships and business

development

The Type of Person I’m Looking For

I’m looking for someone who enjoys building businesses rather than simply completing

tasks.

Someone who:

* Is proactive and enjoys taking ownership.

* Can think commercially as well as operationally.

* Is comfortable working with AI rather than competing with it.

* Enjoys improving systems and processes.

* Wants to build a long-term working relationship if it’s the right fit.

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

3. WHAT IS "WORKING REMOTE" REALLY FOR YOU?

Many people want to work remotely because of the flexibility it allows. You can work anywhere and at any time of the day...

With this question, companies are looking to see what equipment they may need to provide you with and to verify how aware you are of what remote working could mean for you physically and logistically...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Or you may receive even more specific questions, such as: What's on your calendar? Do you plan blocks of time to do certain types of work? Do you have an open calendar that everyone can see?...

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

8. HOW TO PRIORITIZE WORK?

The day I watched Marie Forleo's film separating the important from the urgent, my life changed. Not all remote jobs start fast, but most of them are...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
