Guest Experience Specialist / Weekend Supervisor (Remote, Philippines)

About the Role

We're a fast-growing short-term and mid-term rental property management company based in California, managing luxury listings across Los Angeles, Palm Springs, and the desert region. We're adding 3+ new properties a week and are building out our team to keep pace with that growth.

We're hiring a Guest Experience Specialist to oversee our weekend team, supporting guest communications, reservation management, homeowner and team coordination, and listing support across our portfolio of luxury properties.

Schedule

Thursday through Monday shifts. Starting at 6-hour days.

Pay

$8–$10/hour, depending on experience.

What We're Looking For

We are specifically looking for people with hands-on Hostaway and Airbnb experience and a genuine feel for luxury properties. Please DO NOT apply if you do not have Hostaway or Airbnb experience or are not well versed in these platforms.

We're building long-term. If you are not looking for a long-term role, please do not apply.

We're looking for top-tier talent who can step in and hold our standard from day one, minimal ramp-up time required.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and support our weekend team
  • Manage guest communications across Airbnb, VRBO, website, and direct booking channels
  • Handle reservation requests, inquiries, and homeowner-facing payout communications
  • Support pricing adjustments and listing builds as we bring on new properties
  • Coordinate with property managers, cleaners, vendors, and homeowners on day-to-day operational needs
  • Maintain a polished, professional standard of communication in line with a luxury hospitality brand
What You Bring
  • Direct, hands-on experience with Hostaway and Airbnb, NON-NEGOTIABLE
  • Available to start ASAP
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You'll be writing guest and homeowner emails daily, and you need to be clear, polished, and warm every time
  • Confident speaking with guests and homeowners directly over calls, comfortable handling real time conversations without losing composure or professionalism, even when the topic is sensitive or high stakes
  • Strong decision making skills. You'll need to weigh guest and homeowner situations quickly and make sound calls, especially in a weekend supervisory capacity when you may not have someone to run things by right away
  • Accurate and detail oriented. Small mistakes in payout math or reservation details can cost real trust with homeowners, so precision matters
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple reservations, guest threads, and team check-ins at once without letting things fall through the cracks
  • Knows how to follow instructions closely and consistently, our processes exist for a reason, and we need someone who respects that
  • Receptive to feedback and coachable, someone who takes correction well and applies it going forward, rather than getting defensive
  • A reliable work ethic. This role requires someone who shows up consistently, follows through on tasks without needing reminders, and takes ownership of their shift. We're looking for someone who treats this like their own business, not just a job to clock into
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment
  • Genuine interest in luxury property management and hospitality
  • Commitment to a long-term role with room to grow
