Guest Services Coordinator (Weekends only)

Our client, a global corporate housing provider, is looking for a Guest Services Coordinator to join their team in the Philippines. This is a fully remote, weekend position, working every Saturday and Sunday. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has excellent customer service skills, and is confident handling a variety of enquiries in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the main point of contact for guests over the weekend, ensuring they receive a high level of service throughout their stay. Job duties include but are not limited to: Act as the main point of contact for guests via phone and email during the weekend. Respond to guest enquiries and resolve maintenance or accommodation-related issues in a timely and professional manner. Process accommodation extension requests and update internal systems. Keep guests informed of any updates relating to their stay. Maintain accurate records of guest enquiries and service requests. Issue move-out instructions and extension notices where required. Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. Assist with guest service reporting and other administrative tasks. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall guest experience. Participate in handling urgent guest matters during your scheduled weekend shifts. What we're looking for: Previous experience in guest services, customer service, hospitality, hotels, relocation, corporate housing, or a similar client-facing role. Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities while working remotely.
