Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Short-Term Rental (STR) Operations Specialist.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a true STR expert with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the STR industry, who understands both the operational and revenue side of the business.

The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable in:

  • Guesty
  • Owner Rez
  • Major OTAs (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com)
You will oversee day-to-day operations of our short-, mid-, and long-term rental portfolio while ensuring high occupancy, optimized pricing, smooth operations, and outstanding guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

OTA & Channel Management
  • Create, optimize, and manage listings across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other OTAs
  • Manage Guesty and Hospitable automations and workflows
  • Maintain Superhost / Top Host performance standards
  • Monitor metrics: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, response rate, and conversion rate
  • Manage cancellations, rebooking strategies, and guest escalations
STR Operations & Property Management
  • Coordinate cleanings, turnovers, inspections, and maintenance
  • Work with vendors and ensure quality control
  • Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectively
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure listing accuracy and pricing competitiveness
Guest & Owner Communication
  • Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic guest communication
  • Handle complaints and conflict resolution effectively
  • Prepare performance summaries and insights for leadership
  • Maintain clear internal communication with leadership and team members
Revenue & Optimization
  • Monitor pricing strategies and recommend improvements
  • Identify opportunities to improve occupancy and operational efficiency
  • Implement process improvements and automation tools
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of proven STR industry experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Guesty or Owners Rez (required)
  • Strong OTA management experience (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com)
  • Deep understanding of STR KPIs and revenue optimization
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • High integrity, accountability, and reliability
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Pay: Php240.00 - Php370.00 per hour
