Head of Delivery – Tech & AI

Job Description:

  • Own delivery quality and standards across client projects and CAST units
  • Lead onboarding for new clients and align expectations and success metrics
  • Coordinate resources across client projects and business goals
  • Track timelines and blockers and escalate risks to leadership
  • Set and track delivery, productivity, and quality OKRs
  • Mentor Project Managers and Team Leads, including performance reviews
  • Build and evolve delivery playbooks for consistent AI orchestration
  • Shape delivery strategy as CAST matures
  • Contribute to client reporting and capacity forecasting
  • Partner with AI Team leadership on playbook and orchestration rollout
  • Own portfolio delivery health checks, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery
  • Prioritize and coordinate resources across Project Managers
  • Create, maintain, and version delivery playbooks and case studies
  • Own delivery improvement metrics and present them at quarterly Board reviews
  • Drive process improvement and adoption of new ways of working
  • Handle internal alignment with PMs and external client management touchpoints
  • Build client relationships in partnership with leadership

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years in delivery management, project management, or digital operations
  • Experience managing remote cross-functional digital teams including Developers, PMs, QA, and Designers
  • Strong understanding of Agile / hybrid delivery practices
  • Comfort redesigning processes rather than only running existing ones
  • Mentoring track record
  • Motivation to shape delivery strategy alongside day-to-day operations
  • Comfortable with autonomy and outcome-based measurement
  • Proactive, can-do attitude to everyday problem solving
  • Calm under pressure and proactive in finding solutions
  • Experience with AI-native or AI-augmented delivery models is a bonus
  • Account management or client-facing experience is a bonus, not required
