About the Role

StartUp PH Services OPC is looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Medical Appointment Setter / Healthcare Verifier to join our growing healthcare campaign.

In this role, you will communicate with medical offices and healthcare providers to verify information, coordinate appointments, and maintain accurate records. This position is ideal for candidates with a healthcare background who have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Contact medical offices, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Verify provider, clinic, and practice information.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in company systems.
  • Ensure all collected information is accurate and complete.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Communicate professionally with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Medical background is required (Nursing, Allied Health, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Medical VA, Medical Billing, or related fields).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using computers and web-based applications.
  • Reliable computer and stable high-speed internet connection.
  • Willing to work night shift (US business hours).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in appointment setting or outbound calling.
  • Experience in provider verification or healthcare administration.
  • Experience working with EMR/EHR systems.
  • Medical BPO or Healthcare Virtual Assistant experience is an advantage.
