About the Role

We run a high-volume e-commerce customer support operation across 50+ online brands. Our team handles a large number of inbound calls every day, alongside live chat and email. We use Zendesk as our support platform — you must already know how to use it. This is not a training position for Zendesk.

We need someone who is sharp, composed under pressure, and able to adapt quickly across different brand guidelines and customer situations.

What You Will Do

Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls — this is the primary channel

Manage live chat conversations in real time

Reply to email tickets and written customer inquiries

Resolve issues across multiple e-commerce brands inside Zendesk

Meet response time targets within a structured, fixed shift

Adapt quickly to different brand voices and product types

Requirements

Zendesk experience is required — you must know the platform before applying

Neutral accent — clear, professional red spoken English that is easy for customers to understand

Excellent written English — grammar, clarity, and tone

Fast learner — able to absorb brand guidelines and workflows quickly

Comfortable with high-red-alert call volumes — back-to-back calls are the norm, not the exception

Must be available for a fixed shift between 8 AM and 9 PM EST, Monday through Sunday

Shifts may be adjusted based on call volume — flexibility is required

6 hours per day with 2 rest days per week

$650 / Month
