[Hiring] Jr CS Account Manager @WorkMotion

Role Description

We don’t just need a Junior Customer Success Manager — we need a relationship builder and strategic advisor. We’re looking for someone who gets their energy from building trusted partnerships, navigating complexity, and driving long-term impact within high-value accounts, while keeping a sharp, analytical focus on how their work delivers real business impact.

You’ll be at the center of it all — supporting account strategy, driving proactive engagement, and influencing customer outcomes — ensuring everything you touch is data-informed, relationship-driven, and commercially aligned with our wider goals.

You won’t be a solo operator. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product teams, bringing everything together to ensure consistency, impact, and momentum across the board.

  • Own and support the success of a high-value client portfolio
  • Drive structured account planning and proactive engagement, identifying risks and expansion opportunities
  • Manage executive-level stakeholders and complex multi-country setups
  • Monitor account health and metrics, ensuring long-term growth and retention
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to resolve escalations and optimize the client experience

  • Diligent Documentation: maintaining thorough and accurate records
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Every client matters!
  • Relationship Building: develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and satisfaction
  • Time Management: capable of prioritizing tasks dynamically and efficiently to meet client needs
  • Team Collaboration: work effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction
  • Negotiation and influencing skills

Requirements

  • System Knowledge: familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Experience in delivering product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Experience with mid-market or enterprise clients
