Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert financial advice and solutions to clients based on their needs and goals.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and guidance.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments and recommend customized insurance and investment products.
  • Attend regular training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to team goals and overall business growth.
  • Organize client meetings and follow‑ups, both virtually and in‑person.

Qualifications
  • A degree in any field (Finance, Business, Economics, or similar disciplines is a plus, but not required)
  • Filipino citizen with the ability to travel for work‑related purposes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Self‑motivated with a passion for helping others and achieving personal goals.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
