ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (FAQs)

How is my salary determined?

Your salary is set by our tier system, not by negotiation:

Entry Level (no certification/experience): ₱10,000/month

Certified Teacher (TESOL/IELTS/OPIC or 1+ year online ESL experience): ₱15,000/month

Senior Teacher (certification + 2+ years experience + high demo evaluation): ₱20,000+/month

All applicants complete a graded demo class during the hiring process. Your tier placement is based on verified documents and your demo evaluation — not on your expected salary.

Yes. Tier promotions are reviewed every 6 months based on student retention, attendance, and performance evaluations. Many of our teachers reach the Senior tier within their first year.

How much is the salary during probation?

During the initial two-month probationary period, you receive a fixed monthly salary matching your qualified tier. This provides financial stability as you begin your journey with us.

Is it a booking system or a regular one?

Our system is designed for regular students, ensuring a consistent number of students every day.

Do you have training?

Yes. You will undergo a 10-day (4 hours/day) paid training once you pass the Zoom interview and demo class. Your training schedule will depend on your chosen shift.

What platforms do you use for classes?

We use both audio and video platforms for our classes. Audio classes are conducted using our softphone system, while video classes are conducted through Zoom. We conduct a minimum of 10-minute audio classes and 25-minute video classes.

Yes. We provide a well-organized curriculum, course materials, and textbooks for all classes.

Does your company operate on weekends?

We value weekends off (Saturday and Sunday) for all our employees.
