Number of Openings: 1 Hiring Priority: Active Hiring We are seeking a DCX Client Services - Home-Based Sales & Product Support Specialist who is looking to grow their experience in a fast-paced sales support environment. This role is responsible for supporting Strategic Accounts and New Business Development initiatives by coordinating sales operations, managing product and pricing data, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring projects move efficiently from opportunity through delivery. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Sourcing, Finance, and Creative teams to provide exceptional support while maintaining accuracy across pricing, product information, and customer deliverables. If you are highly organized, analytical, and enjoy supporting cross-functional teams, this position is for you. WHAT YOU WILL DO Sales & Business Development Support Support Strategic Accounts and New Business Development initiatives. Create customer presentations, sales materials, and product proposals. Build and manage customer quotes and pricing submissions. Coordinate sample requests, creative requests, and customer deliverables. Pricing & Product Management Maintain pricing and margin workbooks with accurate product and cost information. Analyze product pricing, margins, and profitability. Maintain SKU data, case packs, pallet quantities, minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements, and product specifications. Partner with the Creative team to maintain product imagery, presentations, and supporting materials. CRM & Sales Operations Maintain accurate opportunity, forecasting, and customer data within NetSuite. Support new item setup, UPC creation, product information, and CRM data integrity. Generate reports and assist with pipeline and account management activities. Project & Order Support Track projects from opportunity through production and delivery. Monitor open purchase orders and customer shipments. Communicate order status, project updates, and delivery timelines. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Sourcing, Finance, and Creative teams to ensure successful execution. Perform ad hoc tasks aligned with the responsibilities above. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales support, product support, sales operations, customer service, account coordination, or a related role. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Industry Specific Software/Knowledge: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pricing analysis, margin calculations, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other lookup functions. Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with experience creating client-facing presentations. Experience using NetSuite or a similar CRM/ERP platform. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Asana, Dropbox, and Slack. Strong understanding of pricing strategies, product margins, forecasting, and sales support processes. Experience maintaining SKU data, UPC creation, product specifications, and pricing information. Knowledge of purchase order tracking, project coordination, and customer order management. Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
