Minimum Qualifications:

  • Senior High School or College graduate/undergraduate (any field)

  • Excellent command of the English language

  • With or without experience (training will be provided)

  • Diligent and a fast learner

Technical Requirements:

  • Laptop or desktop (Windows-os)

  • Stable fiber internet connection:

    • At least 50 Mbps (if sole user)

    • 100 Mbps or higher (if shared)

  • Processor requirement:

    • Intel Core i5 (10th Gen or newer), or

    • AMD Ryzen 5 (5th Gen or newer)

  • Wired internet connection (LAN cable required)

  • For desktop users:

    • High-quality webcam

    • Video headset WITH BOOSTER MIC

  • Must have backup internet (e.g., prepaid Wi-Fi or mobile data)
