HR & Admin Generalist Artillery Philippines is a fast-growing online education company helping aspiring artists turn their ideas into finished manga. We guide students from learning fundamentals to actually creating their first 16-24 page oneshot. With 200+ active students and 10,000+ leads generated through organic YouTube content, we are now scaling toward $100k/month and building the internal systems to support that growth. We are looking for a Full-Time WFH HR & Admin Generalist to support recruitment, HR operations, and internal systems across the company. The goal of this role is to ensure smooth hiring, organized HR processes, and efficient operations by managing both people-related functions and administrative systems. MissionBuild and maintain efficient HR and admin systems by supporting recruitment, organizing internal processes, and improving workflows to help the team operate effectively. Who’s your manager?HR Manager / Operations Manager Who’s on your team? You will work closely with the Operations, Student Success, and Leadership team, and support multiple departments across the organization. You may also coordinate with interns or part-time support for admin and recruitment tasks. Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring - Manage end-to-end recruitment process - Job postings, candidate screening, and initial interviews - Maintain recruitment trackers and pipelines - Ensure timely follow-ups and candidate movement - Coordinate with hiring managers HR Operations - Handle onboarding and offboarding - Maintain employee records and documentation - Support performance tracking (attendance, EODs) - Ensure HR processes are organized and followed - Assist in improving HR systems Payroll & Admin Support - Assist in payroll preparation and validation - Track attendance and work hours - Coordinate with finance - Maintain accurate documentation Systems & Process Management - Manage trackers, dashboards, and CRM tools (GHL, Google Sheets) - Improve workflows and reduce manual work - Help automate repetitive tasks - Ensure data accuracy General Admin & Operations Support - Support leadership with admin and operational tasks - Assist in cross-functional projects - Take ownership of tasks that improve efficiency Requirements Must-Have: - Stable internet connection - Own desktop or laptop - 2–4+ years experience in HR, recruitment, admin, or operations - Strong organizational and process management skills - End-to-end recruitment experience (sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates) - Experience with CRM tools (GHL, Clickup) - Experience with Google Sheets / dashboards - Experience working with remote teams - Background in systems or automation - Experience in creating SOPs and policies - High attention to detail - Excellent English communication skills - Reliable and consistent - Able to multitask Nice to have: - Experience handling government compliance including BIR, SSS, PAG-IBIG, and PhilHealth - Startup experience This is NOT for you if - You are a student - You are an agency - You prefer a purely HR-only role - You are not comfortable with admin tasks - You struggle with organization and follow-through - You need constant supervision - You prefer a slow-paced role Compensation:3-Month Trial period: P35,000 - P38,000/month After Trial Period: P40,000 - P50,000/month After probation: - Salary adjustment based on performance - Basic Benefits (SSS, PAG-IBIG, Philhealth Allowance) - 13th month bonus - Mid year Bonus - End of the Year Bonus - HMO Extra Perks: - Company-issued external monitor - Paid training - Potential business trip to Japan Application Requirements - Updated resume - Sample tracker or workflow (if available) - Tools you’ve used
