We're growing and looking for an HR Coordinator to help ensure our HR operations run smoothly while supporting our employees, managers, and HR team every step of the way. This role supports and coordinates activities across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Relations, helping deliver a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

What does this role entail? The overall objective of the HR Coordinator is to coordinate and support the day-to-day execution of Human Resources processes, ensuring accurate administration, compliance, and a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

The role acts as a key link between employees, managers, and the HR team, helping ensure HR services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and consistently.

What are the proficiencies expected of me?

  • At least 2–4 years of Human Resources experience with exposure to multiple HR functions
  • At least 2 years of experience in a team coordination, leadership, or supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Relations
  • Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Law and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience with HRIS and reporting tools
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong follow-through and accountability
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
What are the things expected of me?
  • Coordinate HR workflows, activities, and deliverables across multiple HR functions
  • Monitor progress and ensure HR processes are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes
  • Support and guide HR Associates in the consistent execution of HR processes
  • Maintain accurate, complete, confidential, and audit-ready HR documentation and records
  • Oversee and maintain employee records, recruitment records, and employee relations documentation
  • Consolidate, validate, and maintain HR reports, trackers, and records
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment requirements
  • Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support the continuous improvement of HR systems, workflows, and processes
  • Serve as a point of coordination between employees, managers, and the HR team
  • Build positive working relationships and contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented HR function
How else can I contribute? From time to time, we may also ask you to assist with other tasks which may include:
  • Supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Assisting with HR reporting and data analysis requirements
  • Reviewing and updating HR documentation and records
  • Supporting company-wide HR initiatives and programs
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
