Job Description


We are looking for a dedicated team member with Exceptional Skills in Technical Recruiting. This is an individual contributor role with growth opportunity including future people management roles.

In this position, you will be responsible for the overall management and development of all HR Recruitment aspect of our team, including (not limited to):

  • sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical, and admin roles.
  • develop a graduate recruitment program geared towards fresh from Uni or Colleges or those who have minimal experience.
  • networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote our firm, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
  • Building a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our positions.
  • You are also expected to spend some time in assisting the office in setting up and maintain Human Resource employee records and other ad hoc tasks for a small firm to setup a formal HR Department.

Responsibilities

  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Coordinate with different team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • If applicable, participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with professionals
  • Compose job offer letters
  • Onboard new hires
  • Generate and analyse various value-adding HR reports
  • Provide new hires with the best onboarding experience by guiding them to complete their pre-employment requirements
  • Ensure employee database is secure, accurate and up-to-date using our HR systems
  • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements As required


Qualifications


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and Philippines labor legislation
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
  • Software Developer Hiring experience is a plus
  • Experience in day to day HR operations is a plus
  • Proven ability to perform on the job with minimal supervision
