Immigration & Student Recruitment Sales Consultant

Vista Immigration Consultancy is a leading New Zealand immigration consultancy and licensed education agency based in Christchurch. We are looking for an ambitious Immigration Sales Consultant to convert mostly inbound enquiries into paying clients while helping migrants and international students achieve their New Zealand goals.

This is a fully remote role with company-generated leads, attractive commissions, and excellent opportunities for career growth.

Core tasks of the role:

Your primary responsibility is to convert company-generated enquiries into booked consultations, student enrolments and immigration clients.

The day-to-day responsibilities for this role include:

  • Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via phone, email, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.
  • Qualify prospective clients and identify their immigration or study goals.
  • Explain our services and recommend suitable consultation options.
  • Follow up leads using our CRM to maximise conversion.
  • Convert enquiries into paid consultations and signed service agreements.
  • Assist with student enrolment applications to partner institutions.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients through excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
Our requirements for the role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management or related field.
  • Minimum three years' experience in sales, preferably in immigration and international student recruitment
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent telephone communication and objection-handling skills.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability.
  • High proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Fluent English and Filipino.
