We are hiring two remote HVAC Dispatchers \/ Inside Sales Representatives to support a growing home-services operation.

We have two schedules available:

Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Utah\/Mountain Time
Part-Time \/ After Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–8:00 PM Utah\/Mountain Time

This is more than a traditional dispatch position. You will often be the first person a customer speaks with, so you must be comfortable handling calls professionally, understanding the customer's service needs, booking appointments, supporting technicians, and identifying appropriate sales opportunities.

Clear, professional spoken English over the phone is required.

What You'll Do
Answer inbound customer calls and convert qualified calls into booked service appointments
Schedule and dispatch technicians based on availability, location, skill set, and job priority
Communicate appointment details, schedule changes, and customer information clearly
Present maintenance agreements, repairs, and relevant service options to customers
Follow up on unsold estimates and open quotes
Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, scheduling information, and service details
Assist with scheduling conflicts, callbacks, and customer concerns
Coordinate closely with technicians and other team members
Help maintain a full and efficiently organized service schedule
Requirements
Previous home-services dispatch, customer service, or sales experience
HVAC experience is strongly preferred; plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, roofing, or similar home-service experience may also be considered
Clear and confident English communication over the phone
Comfortable speaking with U.S. customers
Strong phone presence and ability to professionally ask for the sale
Ability to handle objections and explain service options clearly
Organized and calm during high call volume
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Reliable computer capable of handling cloud-based business applications
Strong general computer and data-entry skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with the team

OPENING 1 — FULL-TIME

Monday–Friday

Compensation

Base compensation: $1,000 USD per month

Plus variable performance compensation:

Approximately $100–$550\/month based on company performance\/profit criteria
$5–$25 per qualifying membership sale

Variable compensation depends on performance and applicable program criteria and is not guaranteed.

OPENING 2 — PART-TIME \/ AFTER HOURS
Remote HVAC Dispatcher & Inside Sales Representative — Part-Time

Schedule:
Monday–Friday
5:00 PM–8:00 PM Utah\/Mountain Time

This position is ideal for someone who can consistently cover the after-hours window and provide customers with the same level of professionalism, responsiveness, and sales support as the daytime team.

Compensation

Base compensation: $400–$550 USD per month

Plus variable performance compensation:

Approximately $50–$200\/month based on company performance\/profit criteria
$5–$25 per qualifying membership sale

Variable compensation depends on performance and applicable program criteria and is not guaranteed.

Location: Remote - Nicaragua, Honduras, Belize, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Bolivia, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Philippines
