Job Description: Intelligent Operations Partner - JLL Business Services Position Overview The Intelligent Operations Partner will serve as a strategic catalyst within the JLL Business Services (JBS) team, identifying and implementing automation Workplace Management (WPM) opportunities, driving adoption of AI tools across the organization, and reimagining operational processes to align with emerging technological capabilities. This role bridges technology, operations, and change management to transform how JBS WPM delivers services and creates value for JLL and our clients. Key Responsibilities Automation Strategy & Implementation Partner with WPM operations teams across JBS functions to identify high-impact automation opportunities through process mining and workflow analysis. Evaluate and recommend automation technologies including robotic process automation (RPA), intelligent document processing, and workflow orchestration tools. Lead pilot programs and full-scale implementations of automation solutions, measuring ROI and business impact. Build business cases for automation investments with clear cost-benefit analysis and implementation roadmaps. AI Tool Adoption & Enablement Drive adoption of available AI tools including JLL GPT and other enterprise AI solutions across JBS WPM teams. Develop training programs, use case libraries, and best practice guidelines to maximize tool utilization. Monitor adoption metrics and identify barriers to engagement, creating targeted interventions to increase meaningful usage. Serve as the primary liaison between JBS and technology teams regarding AI tool capabilities, limitations, and enhancement requests. Process Reimagination & Optimization Collaborate with operational leaders to map current-state processes and identify opportunities for redesign enabled by automation and AI. Challenge existing workflows and facilitate design thinking sessions to reimagine how work gets done. Document future-state processes with clear implementation plans, governance structures, and success metrics. Ensure process changes align with compliance requirements, quality standards, and risk management protocols. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with WPM operations teams across finance, HR, procurement, facilities management, and client services to understand pain points and priorities. Partner with IT, data analytics, and innovation teams to stay current on technological capabilities and roadmaps. Engage with JLLT and / or external vendors partners to evaluate and propose emerging solutions. In partnership with WPM build and manage a network of automation champions across business units to scale adoption efforts. Change Management & Communication Develop change management strategies to support technology adoption and process transformation. Create compelling communications that articulate the vision, benefits, and practical implications of automation initiatives. Partner with WPM to address resistance and concerns through transparent dialogue, training, and support mechanisms. Celebrate wins and share success stories to build momentum and organizational enthusiasm. Qualifications & Criteria Required Experience 5-7 years of experience in operations, process improvement, business transformation, or related fields. Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing automation solutions in a business environment. Experience working in shared services, business process outsourcing, or corporate operations functions. Proven ability to influence and drive change across multiple stakeholder groups without direct authority. Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of automation technologies including RPA platforms, AI applications, and workflow automation tools. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile. Working knowledge of data analytics and ability to derive insights from operational metrics. Comfort with enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS) and understanding of integration capabilities. Strategic & Analytical Skills Ability to think strategically while executing tactically on complex initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail. Experience building business cases with financial modeling and ROI analysis. Capacity to balance innovation with practical implementation and risk management. Interpersonal & Communication Skills Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Strong facilitation and workshop design capabilities. Collaborative mindset with ability to build relationships across organizational levels and functions. Change management experience with sensitivity to organizational culture and change readiness. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Certification in process improvement (Six Sigma, Lean) or change management (Prosci, CCMP). Direct experience with commercial real estate operations or professional services environments. Previous exposure to generative AI tools and understanding of practical enterprise applications. Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) or equivalent experience.
