$700–900/month + Performance Bonuses

3 Days On / 3 Days Off
7 AM–7 PM California Time (12-hour shift)

Otips is a U.S.-based education company helping international students enroll in schools, maintain their legal status, and achieve their educational goals.

We work with language schools, colleges, and universities across the United States.

What You'll Do

  • Talk with prospective students by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, and email
  • Recommend schools and educational programs
  • Guide students through the enrollment process
  • Follow up with inquiries
  • Coordinate with partner schools
  • Keep HubSpot CRM updated
  • Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

✅ Excellent English

✅ At least 2 years of experience in:

  • Study abroad
  • Admissions
  • Student recruitment
  • Sales
  • Customer service

✅ Strong communication skills

✅ Comfortable working U.S. business hours
