We're looking for an Investor Relations Expert to support investor communications, fund administration, and platform management for a growing real estate investment business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing investor records, supporting fund administration, maintaining accurate data within InvestNext, and ensuring timely communication with investors. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential financial information while meeting recurring deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage investor records and maintain accurate information within InvestNext.
  • Support investor onboarding and account management.
  • Respond to investor inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare and distribute investor communications and updates.
  • Assist with fund administration and investor reporting.
  • Maintain organized documentation and financial records.
  • Coordinate capital calls, distributions, and investor documentation.
  • Ensure data accuracy across internal systems and reports.
  • Track recurring deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support investment operations.
  • Handle confidential financial information with professionalism.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in investor relations, fund administration, real estate syndication, private equity, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience using InvestNext.
  • Strong understanding of investor record management.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
